Railway Minister Zillul Hakim said that the black market of trains will be stopped at any cost. In the meantime, two black market groups have been caught. Train people and Sahaj.com people are involved in train black market.
On Thursday (February 8), Pangsha, Kalukhali, Baliakandi Madrasa teachers and staff members organized a group of Pangsha Government George High School grounds and said these things to the journalists after the reception.
Zillul Hakim said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has ordered to open the railway which was closed during the BNP-Jamaat period, to modernize the railway and to change the meter gauge to double gauge and the previous meter gauge to make broad gauge line. These work plans are going ahead.
The Railway Minister said that the Prime Minister has given instructions to fill the vacancies in the Railways. 5000 people recruitment notification has been given so far. Railways will be made a better institution by filling up the vacancies as soon as possible.
Zillul Hakim also said that besides launching new lines in different parts of the country, new coaches and engines are being imported. If these are completed, the people of the country will get many more new trains.
Rajbari District Council Chairman AKM Shafiqul Morshed Aruj, Pansha Upazila A.League President Khandkar Saiful Islam Buro, Upazila Chairman Farid Hasan Odud, Municipal Mayor Wazed Ali, Rajbari Municipal Mayor Alamgir Sheikh Titu and others were present at the reception. Teachers and employees of Madrasas of Pangsha, Kalukhali, Baliakandi were also present.
