Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif said that due to excessive talk in the media, businessmen get opportunities.

He said all this in response to a question from journalists before attending the inaugural function of the 42nd Central Annual Conference at Kushtia Medical College on Friday (March 8) at 12:30 noon.

Hanif said, fasting has not started yet, why are we talking in advance. After the start of fasting, the price of dates will be higher or lower, then it will be discussed and thought about.

He said that the government is trying its best to keep the price of goods in bearable condition considering the people. He continues to try. He also commented that people will not suffer in Ramadan.
