President Md. Sahabuddin left Dhaka for United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom for health checkup. He left Dhaka on Saturday (March 2) at 1:15 PM from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on an Emirates Airlines flight bound for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United Kingdom (UK).

Minister of Liberation War Affairs AKM Mozammel Haque, British High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Ambassador of United Arab Emirates, Cabinet Secretary and three army chiefs including senior military and civilian officials of the government bid farewell to the President at the airport.

President’s wife. Rebecca Sultana and concerned officials of Banga Bhavan will accompany the President during the medical checkup. It is to be noted that the President will leave London for the country on March 13, according to a spokesperson of Banga Bhavan.
